Maintenance
All packages include our Instant Edit feature.  Instant Edit allows you to quickly and easily update your web site from virtually any computer with an internet connection.  For more innkeepers looking for more control of their website, we also offer an upgrade to Page Builder.  read more . . .

Hosting
We manage your domain, web hosting and provide you with up to 20 email accounts for your property.  E-mail can be accessed through a secure web-based interface. Autoresponders help you provide improved customer service.  Use the 20 e-mail accounts to track leads by setting up a new account for each website where you advertise.  For example, if you advertise on bedandbreakfast.com, you would create an e-mail address "bnb.com@yourproperty.com".  Everytime you get a reservation request, you know exactly where the lead came from.

Tracking Your Visitors
Each website includes code for Google Analytics  to help you learn about where your visitors come from and how they interact with your site.  Find out how many visitors you've had, what they are looking at, and much more.

Promoting Your Site
We incorporate SEO (Search Engine Optimization) directly into the pages of your website. We use alt-tags, meta-tags and page titles.  We also monitor keyword density to help your website reach higher organic search engine rankings. 


ItemBed & Breakfast Package Details
Color ChangesIncludes the flexibility to change your selected color before the design of your website begins.  Simply provide your bed and breakfast property logo, pantone color choice or existing marketing materials and we'll do the rest.
Photo GalleriesIncludes 1 Flash Photo Gallery, consisting of up to 16 images of your bed and breakfast.
ImagesReplace the photos in the website template with the same number of images from your own B&B.
Image Manipulation

We will resize, crop and add drop shadows to images at no additional cost.

More intensive PhotoShop image manipulations, such as color correction,  masks, vignettes and other effects will require a custom quote.

Fonts

Websites are built using the 7 "global fonts" (viewable on most computers).

Non-Navigational LinksIncludes the incorporation of up to 10 "non-navigational" links per web page. This includes links to items such as: PDFs, MP3s, external sites, etc.
Spelling & GrammarAs a courtesy, your Web Designer will put your website's text through one run of MS Word's spelling and grammar check. Changes will be limited to MS Word's recommendations and any "flagged" grammar and spelling occurrences will be left "as is".
Stock PhotographyIf you are interested in using stock photography images to accent your website, simply browse our library of bed and breakfast images and supply us with your photo preferences.  If you need help selecting images to match your website, our web designers would be happy to make recommendations.
PDF CreationIncludes the creation of 1 PDF from a "compatible" supplied document file.  Common requests from our B&B clients are breakfast menus, restaurant / activity guide or booking forms.
Site RevisionsIncludes ONE (1) complimentary revision after your bed and breakfast protosite is presented.
